Where can I find my billing history?
You can find billing history by clicking on your Venue in the Venues tab.
What payment options are available for venues?
You can choose between one-off booking fees (£10 + VAT per gig), or a monthly subscription for unlimited booking access (£30 + VAT per month).
What is the difference between a one-off booking fee and a subscription?
Booking Fee: Pay only when you book. Subscription: Pay a monthly fee for unlimited booking access and reduced service fees.
Can I switch from one-off booking fees to a subscription later?
Yes, you can subscribe (or unsubscribe) at any time from your Venue page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Venue. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Are there any hidden fees or commissions?
No. All pricing is transparent‚ what you see is what you pay.
Do I get an invoice or receipt for payments?
Yes, invoices and receipts are automatically generated and available in the Billing History in your Venue.
Can I trial the service before committing?
We do not offer a free trial, however creating an account and posting a gig is free. You can view the available artists, and you only pay when you book entertainment, or through a subscription if you prefer ongoing access.
What happens if my payment fails?
We notify you immediately and give you the chance to update your payment method before suspending your access.
