Do I need to pay the artist?
Payments are direct between you and the artist, either with cash or via bank transfer. We do not pay artists on your behalf.
How do I manage or update my upcoming bookings?
The Gigs page shows all confirmed and pending bookings. You can cancel the gig if needed by press Cancel.
What if I need to cancel, amend or reschedule a booking?
Please communicate with the artist if you need to cancel or make changes to an existing booking. You can cancel or post a new gig through the Gigs page.
What happens if an artist cancels last minute?
You can post a new gig to receive new available artists.
Can I set recurring bookings (e.g. every Friday)?
Not at the moment; however, we are working on this feature.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are generally non-refundable but refunds are discretionary, please contact us on support@just-gig.co.uk if you would like to raise any issues.
