What is this platform and how does it work for venues?

JustGig is a new platform that helps connect venues with artists. As a venue, you can post your gigs directly to our artist network for available artists to apply. You select who you would like to book for your gig and send an automated offer. A gig is booked when the artist reconfirms availability.

What information do I need to sign up my venue?

You need your venue name, address and primary contact details.

How long does it take to set up a venue?

Most venues are ready to post gigs within 2 minutes. Simply press Add venue and provide us with your venue name and your contact details.

Can I manage more than one venue from a single account?

Yes, you can register multiple venues and manage them all from one account, simply add a new venue from the Venues page.

How do I update my venue details?

In the Venues page, select your venue and press Edit. After you have made all your changes, press Save.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign in screen, please select Forgot Password, and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Is there a cost to join?

Creating an account is free. You only pay when you book entertainment (£10 + VAT per gig), or through a subscription if you prefer ongoing access (£30 + VAT per month).

How do I create an account?

Go to www.just-gig.co.uk. Click Sign Up, enter your name, email and create a password. We will send you a verification code to your email. Enter this and you’re ready to go. The process takes just a few minutes.

Can multiple staff members at my venue have access to the same account?

We currently only allow one account per venue, but we are working on this feature.
