Do I need to supply equipment for the artist?

When posting your gig, please specify what equipment you have at the venue, and what equipment you need the artist to bring. Provide as much detail as you can in this section as this can help the artist make sure they are prepared for your gig.

How do I confirm a booking?

Once your have posted your gig, available artists will apply. You can review their profiles in Review Artists, and select your favourite artists to send your gig to. Once an artist has accepted, the booking is confirmed.

How do I check if an artist is available on a specific date?

Once you have posted your gig, the Review Artists section will only show available artists. Once you send the gig offer to your chosen artist(s), they will re-confirm their availability.

How do I search for available artists?

To view available artists, you will need to post a gig and review the artists. To do this, press New in the Gigs page, and follow the on screen instructions to post your gig.

How far in advance should I book entertainment?

It depends on your requirements; the platform is flexible to allow for booking up to two years in advance and can help with last minute bookings.

Can I communicate with artists before booking them?

No, once you have booked an artist you can contact them using the details provided in Gigs screen.

Can I save my favourite artists for future bookings?

Not at the moment; however, we are working on this feature.

Can I book multiple artists for the same event?

No, if you need to book more than one artist for one date, please create multiple gigs.

Is there a calendar view to manage all my events?
